PDF patterns cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, due to the nature of the good. 

For printed patterns, we accept returns only for unopened and unused patterns. Shipping costs are non refundable. You have 14 days to ask us for a return after receiving your parcel, and another 14 days to return the patterns to us after you have asked us. 

We test our patterns extensively. Still, mistakes can happen to everyone, so if you notice an error on our part, we will fix and resend you the correct PDF files or printed pattern (following the format you purchased) at our own expense. However we cannot accept responsibility for material used and related costs.
